Contact forms – Cookies
If you complete the contact form on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again if you complete a second form. These cookies will last for one year.

We never share any client data with third parties. Any information you send us either via an email or a contact form is only used within Joe Browns organisation for your specific project. We will contact you following your enquiry to discuss your project and build up a clear idea of requirements to enable us to produce an accurate quote.
How long we retain your data
If you send us an email or contact form, we retain the data for a year. Any query that converts into a project, data will be saved for a period of 3 years, this is for guarantee purposes. This includes online data and any paper trail such as plans, related orders and invocies.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we protect your data
All client data is held securely in our offices in locked cabinets. Our offices are only accessible by our staff and no outside visitors.
